Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Manager to oversee employee leaves of absence and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee leaves of absence in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding leave and accommodations
- Maintain documentation and tracking for leaves, accommodations, and workers' compensation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of human resources experience with knowledge of employment laws and leave management
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, or People Assist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Bachelor's degree related to Human Resources or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRS) is a plus
