Job Summary

A company is seeking a full-time Leave Management Administrator to join their team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day Leave of Absence (LOA) administration for clients, including reporting, processing incoming communications, and providing customer service
  • Support the full life cycle of leave of absence administration in compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new clients and support the team with specific projects related to leave administration and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training and Education:

  • Five years' experience with Human Resources or general office administration for a mid to large sized employer, with preferred experience in disability management and/or FMLA administration
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment with numerous deadlines and competing priorities
  • Strong technology experience in systems such as benefit administration, payroll or HRIS reporting
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations related to employer compliance and specifically the legal aspects of leave of absence administration
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel reporting functionalities. Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
