Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Representative to perform administrative and support services related to employee leaves of absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence transactions using various systems and ensure compliance with policies
  • Provide customer service and support to associates and communicate with internal and external partners
  • Generate reports and assist in evaluating leave of absence processes and training
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in leave of absence administration and knowledge of related federal and state laws preferred
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively and use online systems effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PeopleSoft
  • Familiarity with HR systems, benefits, and payroll practices
