Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and track employee leaves of absence in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Manage leave cases from initiation through closure, maintaining detailed and organized records
  • Provide high-touch service to employees, addressing questions and resolving issues related to leave and benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leave of absence (LOA) administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Experience supporting both union and non-union employee populations
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing and tracking leave data and reporting
  • Flexibility to support a short-term engagement with potential for extension
