Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrator to support the HR Benefits department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Leave of Absence team
- Manage daily tasks associated with employee leave cases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Administer and manage leave programs, including updating and improving system processes
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of Leave Administration experience
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ACA, and Workers Compensation regulations
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Windows and general computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Union contracts related to specific leaves
