Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrator to support the HR Benefits department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Leave of Absence team
  • Manage daily tasks associated with employee leave cases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Administer and manage leave programs, including updating and improving system processes
Required Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of Leave Administration experience
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ACA, and Workers Compensation regulations
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Windows and general computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Union contracts related to specific leaves
