Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Leave of Absence Administrator will manage inquiries, process leave transactions, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely from anywhere in the United States, except Colorado and New York City.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer leave of absence transactions using systems such as PeopleSoft and Service Now, ensuring accurate data entry and communication with associates
- Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to facilitate smooth leave administration and address inquiries from associates
- Generate reports and assist in compliance efforts, including gathering critical data and responding to legal holds
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Leave of Absence administration, with knowledge of federal and state laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with PeopleSoft and HR systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex issues with attention to detail
