Combining analytical expertise with employee support, the full-time Leave of Absence Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in leave administration and compliance, providing guidance to employees and leaders while leveraging data to enhance processes, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates the delivery of leave of absence and disability programs with benefit vendors
- Supports HR Business Partners and employees with communication and administrative tasks related to leave programs
- Leads projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee experience within leave and disability services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Three years of experience in leave of absence administration and disability management
- Experience in overall benefits administration
