Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Case Manager (Remote - EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track leaves of absence, workers compensation, and accommodations in compliance with policies and regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and third-party administrators to ensure effective case management
• Educate and assist managers with leave processes, time entry, and return-to-work planning
