Job Summary

Providing comprehensive case management for employee leave and workplace accommodations, the full-time Leave of Absence Case Manager will manage intake, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end LOA and accommodation cases, including documentation and resolution
  • Coordinate the ADA interactive process, documenting meetings and accommodation outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant processes and timely case progression
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with third-party leave administrators and Workers' Compensation programs
  • Background in managing complex casework involving multiple HR disciplines
  • Experience in environments undergoing process modernization or operational improvements
  • Proficiency with HR systems and case management tools
