Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Leave of Absence Case Manager, this remote contract position will manage and track leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and accommodations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and accommodations in compliance with relevant regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and third-party administrators to facilitate effective case management
• Educate and assist managers with leave processes, time entry, and return-to-work planning

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of leave management, workers' compensation, and disability programs
• Experience in administrative support and case management with compliance knowledge of federal and state laws
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees and management
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality
• Flexibility to work varying hours and handle sensitive situations professionally
