Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for ADA, Leave of Absence (LOA), and Workers' Compensation processes
- Facilitate the FMLA leave administration process and maintain communication with employees on leave
- Manage and maintain accurate records of leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if using equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of administrative support experience in Human Resources, focused on leave of absence and workers' compensation
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave and disability requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems
