Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for ADA, Leave of Absence (LOA), and Workers' Compensation processes
  • Facilitate the FMLA leave administration process and maintain communication with employees on leave
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if using equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of administrative support experience in Human Resources, focused on leave of absence and workers' compensation
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave and disability requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems
