Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee leaves of absence, ensuring timely and accurate communication between employees, Human Resources, and managers
- Track and conduct follow-ups on all leave inquiries from request to employee return
- Prepare and send LOA communications, ensuring compliance with FMLA and state requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration or Human Resources
- Experience with FMLA, military, pregnancy disability, medical, and personal leaves
- Knowledge of FMLA and ADA requirements
- Certified Leave Management Specialist designation is a plus
