Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee leaves of absence, ensuring timely and accurate communication between employees, Human Resources, and managers
  • Track and conduct follow-ups on all leave inquiries from request to employee return
  • Prepare and send LOA communications, ensuring compliance with FMLA and state requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration or Human Resources
  • Experience with FMLA, military, pregnancy disability, medical, and personal leaves
  • Knowledge of FMLA and ADA requirements
  • Certified Leave Management Specialist designation is a plus
