Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding leave eligibility and documentation
- Support the return to work process by gathering information and preparing necessary documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to leave management
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leave administration or HR coordination in a healthcare or large organizational setting
- Basic familiarity with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave laws
- Working knowledge of employment-related legislation affecting leaves and disability accommodations
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and in compliance with privacy requirements
