Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee leaves of absence, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Handle interactions with employees, HR, and managers regarding leave programs and processes
- Track and follow up on all leave inquiries from request to employee return
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience
- 2 years' experience in Leave of Absence administration or Human Resources
- Experience with FMLA, military, and personal leaves
- Knowledge of FMLA and ADA requirements
- Certified Leave Management Specialist designation is a plus
