Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee leaves of absence, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Handle interactions with employees, HR, and managers regarding leave programs and processes
  • Track and follow up on all leave inquiries from request to employee return
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' experience in Leave of Absence administration or Human Resources
  • Experience with FMLA, military, and personal leaves
  • Knowledge of FMLA and ADA requirements
  • Certified Leave Management Specialist designation is a plus
