Job Summary

Managing and facilitating employee leave programs, the part-time Leave of Absence Coordinator will ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws, assist employees throughout the leave process, and maintain accurate records while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee leaves, including medical, family, personal, and military leaves
  • Ensure accurate documentation and processing of leave requests while maintaining confidentiality
  • Provide guidance on leave policies and serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding leave inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in leave administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Proficient in using HRIS and leave management systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
