Job Summary

A company is looking for a LOA Intake Specialist to manage employee leave requests and provide support related to leave of absence programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle telephonic intake of leave requests and explain the Leave of Absence process
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures
  • Utilize Case Management tools to open claims, determine eligibility, and send notifications

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
  • Experience in administrative, secretarial, or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Case Management software
  • Ability to manage call volume effectively
