Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee employee leave programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for leave of absence implementation and administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of leave specialists to ensure high customer service and efficiency
- Oversee the complete life cycle of the leave process, including intake, eligibility, and return to work coordination
Required Qualifications:
