A company is looking for a Leave of Absence (LOA) Manager responsible for overseeing leave administration and compliance across a multi-state workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on federal, state, and local leave laws, ensuring compliant administration
• Lead a team of leave analysts, establishing performance expectations and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Monitor legislative developments and recommend updates to policies and procedures for compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in leave administration within a multi-state organization
• Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience
• Deep expertise in federal and multi-state leave laws and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing escalated or complex leave cases with strong judgment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
