Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence and Payroll Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee leave programs and serve as the primary contact for leave-related inquiries
  • Support semi-monthly U.S. payroll processing and assist with payroll adjustments related to leaves of absence
  • Maintain accurate employee data and document improvements in leave and payroll processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or leave of absence administration for U.S. employees
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws
  • Experience with U.S. payroll in a multi-state environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
