Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence and Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee leave programs and serve as the primary contact for leave-related inquiries
- Support semi-monthly U.S. payroll processing and assist with payroll adjustments related to leaves of absence
- Maintain accurate employee data and document improvements in leave and payroll processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or leave of absence administration for U.S. employees
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws
- Experience with U.S. payroll in a multi-state environment
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
