Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist to oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee FMLA leave administration and ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Communicate with employees regarding leave needs and manage life events and system changes
- Analyze employee data to inform management and recommend improvements to the leave program
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leaves administration experience
- Experience partnering with payroll and finance, and knowledge of HR systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Expert proficiency with leave administration and multi-state and federal laws governing leaves
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build rapport with employees and stakeholders
