Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist to oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee FMLA leave administration and ensure compliance with state and federal laws
  • Communicate with employees regarding leave needs and manage life events and system changes
  • Analyze employee data to inform management and recommend improvements to the leave program
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of leaves administration experience
  • Experience partnering with payroll and finance, and knowledge of HR systems
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
  • Expert proficiency with leave administration and multi-state and federal laws governing leaves
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and build rapport with employees and stakeholders
