Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support leave cases for employees, consulting on policies and processes related to various types of leave
Act as a liaison with the leave management vendor to ensure timely processing of paperwork and benefit changes
Provide Tier 2 support for escalated leave issues and conduct research and analysis for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience in benefits, absence management, or FMLA systems orientation
