Leave of Absence Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leave cases for employees, including consultation on various leave policies
• Act as a liaison with leave management vendors and ensure timely processing of paperwork and benefit changes
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated leave issues and conduct research and analysis for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in benefits, absence management, or FMLA
• Strong organizational skills and service-oriented mindset
• Experience in conflict management and effective interpersonal relations
• Ability to analyze and prepare data to support recommendations
