Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit and Leave of Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support for complex inquiries regarding health, wellness, leave of absence, and retirement benefits
- Develop communication tools and strategies to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package
- Project manage the open enrollment process and maintain employee benefit orientation and training
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of Benefits, Leave of Absence, or related HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, or equivalent experience
- HR/Benefits/LOA-related professional designations preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and/or Google Suite
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits programs
