Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit and Leave of Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service support for complex inquiries regarding health, wellness, leave of absence, and retirement benefits
  • Develop communication tools and strategies to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package
  • Project manage the open enrollment process and maintain employee benefit orientation and training
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of Benefits, Leave of Absence, or related HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • HR/Benefits/LOA-related professional designations preferred
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and/or Google Suite
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits programs
