Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer various leave programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding leave eligibility and processes
- Track leave cases, maintain records, and generate reports on leave trends and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Completion of specialized training in FMLA/leave administration is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and ACA
