Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various leave programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding leave eligibility and processes
  • Track leave cases, maintain records, and generate reports on leave trends and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Completion of specialized training in FMLA/leave administration is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and ACA
