Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist to oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer leave requests under FMLA, ADA, and other leave laws
- Process timely notifications and communications regarding leaves and absences
- Manage accommodations requiring specialized attention for client employees
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering leave of absence/FMLA in a multi-state organization
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and paid leave programs
- General OSHA regulation and benefit plan knowledge preferred
- PEO or HR Shared Services experience highly desirable
