Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist to manage an in-house Paid Family and Medical Leave program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process leave requests, including evaluating doctor's notes and supporting documentation
  • Communicate directly with employees and managers to guide them through the leave process
  • Track leaves from request through return-to-work, ensuring timely updates and documentation compliance
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior paid leave/LOA administration experience
  • Benefits administration experience
  • Ability to work independently with high follow-through
  • Experience with UKG Leave Module or similar HRIS/leave systems
