Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Leave of Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process leave requests, including evaluating doctor's notes and supporting documentation
- Communicate directly with employees and managers to guide them through the leave process
- Track leaves from request through return-to-work, ensuring timely updates and documentation compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Prior paid leave/LOA administration experience
- Benefits administration experience
- Ability to work independently with high follow-through
- Experience with UKG Leave Module or similar HRIS/leave systems
- Strong customer service orientation
