Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of leave requests including FMLA and other types
- Administer leave programs in compliance with relevant policies and maintain accurate data in HR systems
- Serve as a primary contact for employees and stakeholders throughout the leave lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Experience with leave of absence administration, including FMLA
- General HR experience with exposure to employee support and compliance
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with case management systems and HR software
