Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist to oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer leave requests and accommodations under FMLA, ADA, and other leave laws
- Process timely notifications and communications with employees and supervisors regarding leaves and absences
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with leave policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering leave of absence/FMLA in a multi-state organization
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and disability plans
- General knowledge of OSHA regulations and benefit plans preferred
- Experience in PEO or HR Shared Services is highly desirable
