Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Leave of Absence Specialist will manage complex leave cases, ensuring compliance with various leave laws while collaborating with HRBPs and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex leave of absence cases, including FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and other state-mandated leaves
- Support the ADA interactive process by evaluating restrictions and coordinating workplace accommodations
- Respond to multi-state inquiries regarding employee eligibility and ensure compliance with policies and laws
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Leave of Absence administration with a focus on complex case management
- Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and multi-state paid leave laws
- Experience supporting the ADA interactive process and managing workplace accommodations
- Proficiency in managing day-to-day LOA vendor relationships
- Workday HRIS experience preferred
