Job Summary

To support a growing benefits team, the part-time Leave of Absence Specialist will manage complex leave cases, ensure compliance with ADA regulations, and coordinate workplace accommodations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex and escalated leave of absence cases, including FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and state-mandated leaves
  • Support the ADA interactive process by evaluating restrictions and exploring accommodation options
  • Coordinate stay-at-work and return-to-work accommodations while partnering with HRBPs and managers
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Leave of Absence administration with a focus on complex case management
  • Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and multi-state paid leave laws
  • Experience supporting the ADA interactive process and coordinating workplace accommodations
  • Experience managing day-to-day LOA vendor relationships
  • Workday HRIS experience preferred
