Job Summary
As a full-time Leave Payroll Analyst working remotely, the successful candidate will prepare employee leave and payroll calculations, support leave specialists, collaborate with customers' payroll teams, and contribute to product improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide internal support for leave specialists by preparing customized payroll plans and reconciliations
- Collaborate with customers' payroll teams to ensure effective setup and implementation of payroll workflows
- Collect product feedback and identify improvements in payroll calculation software and services
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data-focused operations, payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including functions, formulas, and cell formatting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Adaptable with a learner's mindset, open to feedback in a fast-paced environment
