Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Programs Specialist responsible for administering and supporting company leave programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer end-to-end processes for leave programs, ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures
  • Monitor changes in leave laws and recommend policy updates while collaborating with third-party administrators
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
