Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to leaves of absence and accommodations
  • Lead the interactive process for determining reasonable accommodations
  • Conduct education and training sessions for associates and managers on leave policies and accommodation procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in associate leave, accommodations, or related field
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR processes regarding leave and accommodations
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
