Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to leaves of absence and accommodations
Lead the interactive process for determining reasonable accommodations
Conduct education and training sessions for associates and managers on leave policies and accommodation procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of experience in associate leave, accommodations, or related field
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR processes regarding leave and accommodations
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
