Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist in Leave of Absence Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support workflow and functions related to leave of absence administration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and guide on leave processes and compliance
  • Develop and maintain return-to-work strategies and ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in leave of absence administration or related work
  • Knowledge of leave of absence administration, payroll, or related fields
  • Experience with software systems such as UKG, Kronos, Workday, and Microsoft Office
  • Certifications related to Absence Management and/or Human Resources are a plus
