Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to provide administrative support for employee leave of absence requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise employees and managers on leave policies and processes
  • Track employee absences and resolve related issues
  • Coordinate the leave process, including eligibility verification and communication with involved parties
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of leave processing or HR experience, or High School diploma with 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of absence processing experience required
  • Ability to navigate web-based software programs and Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of client leave policies and federal/state leave laws
  • Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) designation required within 12 months of hire
