Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to administer FMLA policies and manage leave requests remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist associates with Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and guide them through the process
  • Process LOA paperwork and ensure compliance with established procedures and laws
  • Administer FMLA policy, review documentation, and conduct training for supervisors and employees
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field experience
  • Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
  • Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by the organization
