Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist responsible for administering and tracking leave programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and track all employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding leave entitlements and available benefits
  • Serve as the primary contact for disability insurance carriers and maintain accurate leave records
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in leave administration or employee benefits
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and leave-related laws (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
  • High school diploma required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems
