Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist responsible for administering and tracking leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and track all employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding leave entitlements and available benefits
- Serve as the primary contact for disability insurance carriers and maintain accurate leave records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in leave administration or employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and leave-related laws (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA)
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
- High school diploma required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems
