Leave Specialist

Job Summary

An insurance company is looking for a Leave Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the full scope of LOA, Disability, and FMLA case management
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a single point of contact throughout the leave of absence process
• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies, make decisions on short-term disability certifications and denials, and secure medical documentation while delivering high-quality results

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Leave of Absence administration and/or case management
• Experience managing Leave of Absence (LOA) cases
