Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence HR Shared Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate family and medical leave, family illness requests, and absences
  • Advocate for Associates on leave to ensure a successful return to work
  • Monitor usage within leave programs and suggest ideas to reduce leave frequency and duration
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent experience considered
  • 4+ years of experience in leave of absence administration
  • Solid understanding of leave laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology preferred
