Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence HR Shared Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and coordinate family and medical leave, family illness requests, and absences
Advocate for Associates on leave to ensure a successful return to work
Monitor usage within leave programs and suggest ideas to reduce leave frequency and duration

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent experience considered
4+ years of experience in leave of absence administration
Solid understanding of leave laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology preferred
