Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leaves Specialist to manage leave of absence requests and disability programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
- Oversee life insurance administration processes and maintain accurate data for carriers
- Support return-to-work processes and lead various leave-related projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of U.S. leave management experience with knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related regulations
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in LOA and Benefits modules
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and data analysis skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, employment law, compliance, or equivalent experience
- Professional certification in Disability Management or Benefits (CEBS) is a plus
