Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leaves Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all aspects of leaves of absence and workers compensation programs
  • Developing and implementing absence management policies and procedures
  • Analyzing data related to absences to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years experience in leave of absence administration
  • Advanced knowledge of leave of absence laws and regulations
  • Experience in project management with emphasis on process design
  • Experience in selection, implementation, and management of third-party-administrators
  • Multi-state and shared services experience preferred
