LEED Certification Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LEED Certification Reviewer with a focus on Energy and Indoor Air Quality Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time, high-quality technical reviews of LEED submissions for energy and IAQ compliance
• Analyze whole-building energy models and perform QA/QC of work by peers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project teams and assist in refining certification review processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical system design, energy modeling, commissioning, or energy auditing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and energy modeling software
• LEED AP certification required upon hire; specialty preferred
• Field experience with HVAC, construction, or facility management preferred
