LEED Certified Building Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Building Performance Analyst III to join their multi-disciplinary sustainability team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform building performance analysis and create graphical representations of results for project teams
• Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports
• Research performance modeling methodologies to enhance high-performance design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of 6 years of related experience
• LEED, CPHC\D, BEMP certification or similar is strongly desired
• Experience with EnergyPlus/OpenStudio is required
• Familiarity with ASHRAE Standards and energy-related codes
