Legacy Giving Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Planned Giving (Legacy Giving Advisor).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and co-create the vision and strategy for the planned giving program to grow revenue and build a robust pipeline of future gifts
• Manage a portfolio of over 200 Legacy Society members and 300 planned giving prospects, cultivating relationships and securing gifts
• Design and implement an innovative annual marketing plan to enhance donor engagement and promote planned giving initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of fundraising experience, with at least 5 years in planned giving or legacy marketing
• Knowledge of planned giving best practices and gift vehicles, including bequests and charitable gift annuities
• Experience in leadership and management, fostering collaboration within the Development department
• Strong data analysis skills to track donor engagement and refine planned giving strategies
• Demonstrated commitment to the organization's mission and values
