Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant (remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all legal records, including digital and hard copies, and process files for storage
  • Coordinate document preparation, mailings, and related processes
  • Manage and monitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) and endorsements with external teams
Required Qualifications:
  • AS or AA degree or equivalent certificate required, BS or BA preferred
  • Previous experience in a law office or in-house legal department required
  • 4+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Law Clerk
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
