Job Summary
Supporting the contract lifecycle, the full-time Legal Administrative Assistant will manage administrative tasks, maintain contract trackers, and coordinate with Senior Paralegals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain administrative contract trackers and notify Senior Paralegals of key deadlines
- Prepare and route contract documents for review, approval, and execution
- Compile administrative data and contract metrics for recurring reports to the Senior Managing Counsel
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a legal or contracts function
- Experience working in contract management systems or similar databases
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines accurately
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with Senior Paralegals
