Job Summary

Supporting the contract lifecycle, the full-time Legal Administrative Assistant will manage administrative tasks, maintain contract trackers, and coordinate with Senior Paralegals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain administrative contract trackers and notify Senior Paralegals of key deadlines
  • Prepare and route contract documents for review, approval, and execution
  • Compile administrative data and contract metrics for recurring reports to the Senior Managing Counsel
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a legal or contracts function
  • Experience working in contract management systems or similar databases
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines accurately
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with Senior Paralegals
