Job Summary
Supporting the Legal Department, the full-time Administrative Support Specialist will manage complex calendar scheduling, produce various documents using Microsoft Office Suite, and assist with legal research and correspondence while working in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates intricate meetings and oversees calendar management for multiple team members
- Produces reports, spreadsheets, and presentations while sharing general office duties
- Assists with medical records requests, subpoenas, and performs legal research as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a legal or related environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with basic legal research and the ability to summarize findings in writing
- Ability to manage multiple electronic calendars and prioritize workload effectively
- Willingness to obtain Notary Public certification if not already certified
