Legal Advisory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Advisory Manager to lead high-impact advisory engagements and enhance outside counsel management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex outside counsel management engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Oversee project execution, mentor junior team members, and ensure consistency in advisory methodology
• Develop standardized frameworks and contribute to the evolution of the advisory model and internal knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or legal operations leadership
• Deep experience in outside counsel management across the full lifecycle
• Advanced data literacy with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or equivalent legal qualification preferred but not required
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
