Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal AI Engineer responsible for designing and optimizing AI-powered workflows in legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and iterate AI workflows tailored to legal use cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with attorneys and IT teams to translate legal processes into effective AI solutions
• Conduct training and support for attorneys to effectively integrate AI tools into their workflows

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school strongly preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in legal technology
• 3+ years of experience in legal practice, legal operations, or related fields with exposure to AI tools
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow development
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and attorney work product standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
